Welcome To Ropewalk Dental Care

We are back open, prioritising for those patient that have had isues over the last couple of months. We are not yet able to see people for routine appointments due to lockdown restrictions still in place.

Sourcing the correct PPE such as masks continues to be challenging with many fake products on the market. This means we are unable to carry out any procedures that create an aerosol such as filling, scaling etc due to the increased safety requirements.

For your safety and other patients, we ask that you do not come to the surgery unless you have  a pre-arranged appointment by telelphone. To maintain social distancing, we will let you in at your appointment time and guide you through to the surgery. We will take your temperature and masks are available along with hand disinfectant at the front entrance.

During normal working hours, please call the practice on 01636 815436. Due to minimal staffing, you may need to leave a message and we will get back to you.

Out of hours, the number below is available for advice etc

EMERGENCY NUMBER 07419 330234 (please leave a name and number; 8am to 9 pm)

We are also availble to give advice and support for less serious matters and you can either call on the number above or e mail at [email protected] or message me on the Ropewalk facebook page. We are recieving calls from patients of other practices, so must restrict thisadvice service to our members and registered patients. Our concern is that our patients remain safe and healthy services wherever possible and avoid the need to place additional burden on  the  NHS111 .

Our patients continue to be amazing with support and understanding at this time; we know it is very different to how we usually see people and like everone, look forward to a return to normality

Take care and stay safe,

Richard  Ward and the team
